The What If... Festival of Innovation and Imagination returned for its second year on Saturday, September 10, 2011 in six blocks of downtown Colorado Springs. Early estimates are that over 15,000 people of all ages, from all parts of the region, and from a wide-range of backgrounds and experiences came together for another day of innovation, imagination and creativity. The What If... Festival celebrates the Pikes Peak region’s tech-enthusiasts, art-makers, garage inventors, do-it-yourselfers, performers, musicians, scientists, mathematicians, culinary magicians, robot builders, urban farmers, student creators, innovators, engineers, and all other thinkers and tinkerers.
